All-Star Game Ends In A Tie

Today's baseball trivia question:  Why did the 2002 All-Star Game end in a tie?

Hint to today's trivia question---It had something to do with the pitching.

Answer to the previous trivia question---At the turn of the century, the Cleveland Spiders signed a full-blooded Penobscot Indian by the name of Chief Sockalexis.  He was a pretty good player, so the fans started calling the Spiders the "Indians".  The "Indians" became the official name for the Cleveland ballclub in 1915.  Chief Sockalexis was born in Indian Island, Maine.
