Suspended For Scuffing Baseballs

Today's baseball trivia question:  What two pitchers were accused of scuffing baseballs and subsequently suspended for 10 games.

Hint to today's trivia question---This happened in 1987.  Both pitchers were righties, and both had records that were under .500 that season.

Answer to yesterday's baseball trivia question---Fred McGrif hit 30 or more in a season with Toronto in 1988, '89, and '90,  with San Diego in '91 and '92,  with Atlanta in '94, with Tampa Bay in '99, and with the Cubs in 2002.   Gary Sheffield also hit at least 30 HRs with San Diego in '92, the Marlins in '96, the Dodgers from '99-'01,  the Braves in '03, and the Yankees in '04 and '05.
